HPS Process Service Agents are authorized by law to personally deliver your lawsuit starting documents such as divorce filings, writs,  summonses, or a subpoena to any respondent.  We can personally pick up the document from you or your attorney.  All services are video recorded.

No need to schedule or pay the high fees the Sheriff's Office charges.    HPS will properly serve the documents, make a copy, file with the court, and return the original time-date-stamp copy of the affidavit of service.
