HPS Notary Officials have been appointed by the Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia to perform Notary of your legal documents. 

We are authorized by federal law to witness,  authenticate and sign your critical, sensitive documents such as property deeds, convey real estate, wills, grant powers of attorney, establish a prenuptial agreement just to name a few. 

HPS charges a nominal fee of $2.00 per document.

HPS Process Service Agents are authorized by law to personally deliver your lawsuit starting documents such as divorce filings, writs,  summonses, or a subpoena to any respondent.  We can personally pick up the document from you or your attorney.  All services are video recorded.

HPS Process Service Agents have executed/served in-hand 100's of legal documents and usually get it done on the 1st attempt.  

No need to schedule or pay the high fees the Sheriff's Office charges.    HPS will properly serve the documents, make a copy, file with the court, and return the original time-date-stamp copy of the affidavit of service. DO NOT ATTEMPT SERVICE OF PROCESS YOURSELF!  It can be dangerous!  HPS can effect arrests if a Defendant becomes aggressive or confrontational.

HPS has cleared, trained, and experiencedfingerprint-taking technicians (off-duty police), who will come to you and take/roll your fingerprints on the FBI-258, wet ink, 10-print card (blue - Non-criminal), OPM-GSA FD-844 and SF-87. This saves you the hassle of finding a police station then waiting in line. Most police stations are not rolling prints now due to the pandemic.
